Single Mass
How many minutes will it take to fly from Bar Harbor Maine to Boston mass in a single engine airplane.?

Depending upon how fast the plane can fly, maybe 2 hours, including time spent waiting for a landing slot at Logan Airport. Of course, the Boston air-traffic control may direct you to land at another airport.
